Two recent appeals have been allowed in Banstead and Wallington.

The former involved the formation of a dwelling on land to the rear of two properties and was found to be in keeping with the character of the surrounding area.

The latter concerned the erection of a 3 bed attached dwelling on a corner location and the Inspector specifically noted that the Councils advice on extensions was aimed at extensions between buildings rather than those at street corner locations.
