A Written Representations appeal has been allowed for the erection of a single dwelling house on back garden land in Ifold.

The Inspector found that the appeal proposal would not have a harmful impact on the arcadian setting of the appeal site. In addition the Inspector also found that the proposal need not lead to the immediate loss of existing or replacement trees within the site.
