Planning permission for 7 No. 1 and 2 bed flats has been allowed on appeal following a Hearing held on 14th February 2007. (REI/742)

In allowing the appeal the Inspector found that the proposal would adhere to advice contained within the Reigate & Banstead Local Distinctiveness Guide and would blend in with the street scene and the overall character of the area.

With regard to highway safety the Inspector found that the proposal would not have a materially adverse impact on highway safety or free flow of traffic.
