Planning permission was granted this morning for two retrospective planning applications regarding the retention of a swimming pool cover, plant room and changing rooms in Metropolitan Open Land at the River Club in Old Malden Lane, Worcester Park. Both applications were deferred to the Government Office for London (GOL) as they represented a departure from the Unitary Development Plan.
